We have made it easy to choose
All our rooms are newly renovated, and each room is both cozy, spacious, functional, and uniformly decorated. All rooms have the same layout and are 25m².

Cleaning
- The room is cleaned upon departure.
- For weekly or extended stays, the room is cleaned, and bed linen is changed weekly.
- Additional cleaning and linen changes can be requested.
- The rooms are non-smoking.
Transportation
- There is complimentary parking for overnight guests in the hotel’s parking lot. Please register your vehicle when making a reservation.
- Charging options for electric cars are available at an additional cost.
- Convenient access to trains connecting to Hillerød, Copenhagen, and the ferry to Rørvig. Just a 5-minute walk from both the train station and the Hundested-Rørvig ferry.
Booking and Payment
- Payment is required at the time of booking
- Cancellation is possible online up to 24 hours before arrival.
- Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM on the departure day.
- The code for the digital key system will be sent via SMS and email before arrival. There is no reception.
FAQ
Which credit card can I use, and do I have to pay the full amount at the time of booking?
The full amount is paid at the time of booking. You can pay with Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners, Discover, JCB, and American Express.
Can I pay with the MobilePay App?
No, currently, we only accept payment through credit cards.
May I bring my pet?
Dogs are allowed. There is a fee of 200 DKK.
Can I order breakfast?
Yes, we offer breakfast at the nearby restaurant “Havfruen.” Breakfast should be pre-ordered.
How often is there cleaning and change of linens?
Bed linens are changed once a week, but towels are changed every 3rd day.
How do I cancel or change my booking?
You can send us a message at kontakt@hundestedinn.dk if you wish to cancel or modify your booking.
What do I do if I haven't received the key code?
If you haven’t received the key code, you can try checking your spam filter. Alternatively, you can email us at kontakt@hundestedinn.dk or call us at +45 29 45 03 33.
I am in a wheelchair, can I use the conference area?
Conference rooms are located on the ground floor with direct access from street level, and there is an accessible handicap toilet available.
What are the check-in and check-out times, and can I possibly pay extra for early check-in or late check-out?
Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. We are happy to try to accommodate early check-in requests. Please contact us at kontakt@hundestedinn.dk, and we will see if it is possible, possibly with an additional fee.
