At Harbour Inn Hundested, we can provide up to three conference rooms in bright and friendly spaces, allowing for a setup that suits your and your guests’ requirements. You can arrange catering to your liking and make use of all the technical facilities in the rooms.

Catering
When booking a conference room, you have the option to choose the type of catering you desire for your event. For catering orders, please contact us via email at kontakt@hundestedinn.dk. You can choose from the following catering packages:

- After-Work Package: Wine, chips & nuts. Price: DKK 125
It is possible to customize catering packages according to your needs and preferences. For evening events, you can also order a 2-course dinner for DKK 245 or a 3-course dinner for DKK 345 at Restaurant Havfruen. Of course, you can also book a table at one of the other excellent restaurants at the harbour.
Booking and Payment
When booking a conference room, you will receive an key code specifying the conference room you have booked. Simply enter your code upon arrival. Payment for the conference room is made at the time of booking. Catering throughout the day is to be ordered and paid for at kontakt@hundestedinn.dk.

Which credit card can I use, and do I have to pay the full amount at the time of booking?
The full amount is paid at the time of booking. You can pay with Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners, Discover, JCB, and American Express.
Can I pay with the MobilePay App?
No, currently, we only accept payment through credit cards.
What do I do if I haven't received the key code?
If you haven’t received the key code, you can try checking your spam filter. Alternatively, you can email us at kontakt@hundestedinn.dk or call us at +45 29 45 03 33.
I am in a wheelchair, can I use the conference area?
Conference rooms are located on the ground floor with direct access from street level, and there is an accessible handicap toilet available.
